I nearly died in

hospital from PCP with a CD4 count of 10 on 27th March 2006.... clinical AIDS if you like. I am a 44y/o heterosexual (please don't hold that against me). ly if I was gay I would be open about it anyway. I have gay friends and bi fiends as well as female friends (maybe a few too many of those)... I live in Asia.

I tried to purchase 's book " Built To Survive "

from Amazon but they would not deliver to my country as there are certain restrictions on literature there. took pity on me and let me have an

electronic version for free. I don't know how to thank Vergel other than to express the deepest thanks and gratitude for his incredible depth and passion to provide a roadmap to heath for us.... Thank

you so much for that !

I wish that doctors would just get real and drop the bullshit

and mis-conception about anabolic steroid treatment. It is just as bad as the assumptions and bullshit about AIDS being a gay and injecting drug user only disease. I got sick of asking people (especially my doctor and other doctors) and

getting negative responses after reading Built To Survive. Just about all the

top atheletes in the world are liars anyway and use substances like trenbolone

that can be excreted and out of your system in 7 days. They just cannot

get bodies like that naturally.

These compounds are designed to make people incredibly strong and literally " built to survive " .Bottom line is that I got pissed off and did it myself because

I had wasted away from over 100Kg to 68Kg whilst in hospital and I was starting to lose it mentally after a rough intro into HAART. I couldn't

bring myself to inject decca (which I can get it easily anyway) so I decided to use

oral steroids (which I can also get easily) and a liver protection program along with

anti-aromatisation/estrogen and gonadal stimulant but I dropped the

Nolvadex when I decided to use Stanozolol because it has a low

androgenic profile.... I did read a fair bit about it before doing it... I chose Stanozolol due to the lower likelihood of androgenic side effects.I started a program of 25Mg/day oral Stanzolol (only... no

stacking) with milk thistle to protect my liver and micronutrition (similar to that recommended in s book) wth BCAA and full spectrum amino acid supplements 10 weeks ago. I also

took a couple of courses of clomiphene citrate (Clomid) after I got off

the Stanozolol (6 weeks) to make sure my testosterone balance was maintained and

have been taking a fat metabolozing preparation by Muscletech called

Hydroxycut. I have not used any more than prescribed dosages for the steroid as I believe that other problems come from abuse and not from appropriate use of compounds.I have also been doing a moderate resistance exercise

program (I stress moderate because I was worried about blowing another hole in my lung) and 40min of light cardio (walking fast on a treadmill keeping at HR

130-135) about 4 days per week...

Kind of a like an average gym guy program... not heavy. Results:I put on 15-18Kg of lean muscle massMy muscles are

like rocks... so damn hard and 3 times as big as beforeI feel as strong as a bull for the first time in years - I mean REALLY STRONG!

I wake up in the morning aroused like an 18 year old and I am 44y/o!!! ( I had big libido problems before this)I have so so so much energy and I never thought I would ever feel like this again after I got diagnosed +ve and nearly dead in March

I also have an ass again... gluts have come back after having loose fitting 30 " LevisMy lung problems are gone... I can run and breath hard now!!!

I started to run on the treadmill yesterday and didn't want to stop. I ran and ran and ran some more...10 weeks ago after 6 months struggling recovery (on HAART and other prophylaxis... still on it now of course):

I felt like shitI had MAC infection in my right lung and was struggling to get my breathing stable & deep again after PCP and follow on problems including asthmaI felt really weak and defeated after 6 months battling recovery from PCP near death (perforated lugs and all)

Any doctor not helping patients with a program like this is an ignorant asshole.RegardsDizzy
