Hi vicky

Ian does not recommend AIT at all. you can buy tlp from mary kidson on this

list, if you cant use the head phones you can just put the CD on in the back

ground epsecially the sensory one which is cheap I can t rem. exactly but maybe

£40 plus vat. the tlp as a whole comes out at 330 to begin with but the best

one is the bone conductor 1500 or there about. the head phones now used on this

program are the sennhesier cant rem the number off hand but mary knows, or

the cheaper akg k99. which come out cheaper i tried the sennheiser they are

fabulous but the k99 are good also...

healing I suppose you can look up :

www.the-lightworks.co.uk/nfsh.htm

www.the-lightworks.co.uk

of course we do biomed as well and osteo and cranio etc... but healing helped

with calmness as did homeopathy... Isobel

I bought the Listening Program on ebay for less than £100 including grado

headphones, all in immaculate condition

- it was the earlier version with 8 rather than 10 cds. Howvere I do wonder

whether, although there may well have been genuinbe improvements, a lot of the

upgrading might be to do with marketing reasons. So if your'e not in a hurry I

suggest looking on ebay!
