Thanks for posting.The lumpiness is unfortunate.  I hope,with time, it smoothes out.There is another technique being used in France, where a liposuction canula is used in reverse, and large quantities of bioalcamid are pumped into the butt.  The claim is that this gives a much more natural contour.One friend did it, and he is delighted, as is his boyfriend.I'm told by some that there is some worry that this technique might have problems, as bioalcamid might not encapsulate well injected  like this.
