Advice on a new system

I have read general information on some of the EEG/BFB systems but

would like some input from users.

Right now I am using a Brainmaster, Bioexplorer and Active

Electrodes. The Active Electrodes are amazing as it takes the hassle

out of hook-ups. Most of training is home use right now, however; I

incorporate a lot of the technology, and theory into psychology

classes that I teach. Students love it! In fact, if anyone has ideas

for classroom demonstrations I would love to hear them.

So I am looking for a system that can preferably handle EEG and

peripheral biofeedback simultaneously. I would love to investigate

the different relationships between physiological markers between

modalities. It would be great if it could also be wireless. One of

the hassles I have right now is that I have the Brainmaster, an

impedance meter that sits on top of that and then the Active

Electrode box. Since I do home training it can be frustrating to move

slightly and have the electrode box fall only to be stopped by the

thin wires. I don't mind switching software, as I am not that loyal

to Bioexplorer though I have the TLC designs. Reminds me to find out

when the next Bioexplorer workshop is.

I love the pendents and was looking at the QPET(?). I know the

pendants are 1-2 channel and can do HEG. I think the QPET can do two

channel and GSR. I am getting used to using GSR and HRV, but would

eventually like to move into SEMG training. So right now I have an

EEG, HRV, and a GSR device on my desk. It's getting a bit cluttered.

Active electrodes are crucial or at least a system with that kind of

ease of set up, and it would need to run on Vista and be somewhat

portable as I use my laptop to teach with and lugging a desktop

around is kind of a hassle. Any directions I should be looking? Am I

asking for too much?
