Guest guest Posted January 22, 2012 Report Share Posted January 22, 2012 Hi all have not posted for a while, I was wondering what sort of doses people were using for vitamin d in particular anyone using high doses. I think seems to do well on high dose ie 10000 - 20000. But am reluctant to leave this long term as it is rather high. I was also interested in anyone who has looked into any of the stem cell therapy stuff particularly with dr bradstreet and the place in kiev he is using for his patients. dave Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I think the gist of the replies were that people were doing v. high doses up to 24000 ius a day but short - term and during winter only.
