I'd get the original 4 pack because, first, in my opinion, you cannot have enough of good instructional tapes and the original and new live instructional are both good. You will get different information from each. For example, the original, but not the new one, teaches you a lot of the foundation combinations that will help you in the basic tapes, ... . Second, the original basic is a much better tape for beginners than the new one. does more teaching on the original and the pace is slower. I think the basic is a great tape and I do it often, but I also do live advanced all of the time. Third, the 8-minute tape in the original fantastic is an exceptional tape. The energy level is infectious. I wish had a basic or advanced with that type of energy. Fourth, I don't like the new advanced, personally, and I don't think it's a good tape for a new person because does very little teaching. The floor work is good, but so is the floor work on the original. Plus, in the original you are watching just instructors who have perfected the moves over the years. For me, that helps with my form.
