I concur with on the improvements felt, I also tried the bone conductor and didn't find it offensive our TO said that I too would benefit from having the treatment, in fact my DS went from being a vestibular avoider to a seeker, he started to go to the park and actually be interested in trying the swing etc .....to us the bone conductor was good send I do not think that we would be able to do any listening programme with him taking off the headphones 2 minutes into the listening and refusing to put them on point blank.

I do recommend, I do not know about the ones from TLP but the ones from ILS the bone conductor is something of the size of a pound coin but thinner and it is padded for comfort .....
