Guest guest
I've never heard of powerlifters using the jump stretch platforms. What is the purpose of the Jump Stretch platforms? I've seen it on the jump stretch site but I never once thought to order it. Thanks Edwin Freeman, Jr. San Francisco, USA ============================ In a message dated 8/25/2008 9:27:53 A.M. This is a great assistance exercise for lockouts. It allows you to overload the top of the lifts and unlike dead lifts off pins you are in dead lift position from the floor to lockout. Hope that makes sense. Anyway, I do this exercise about 4-6 weeks out in order to get used to the feel of heavy weight and to improve lockout and grip. Generally if I can pull it to my knees I can pull it all the way up. ==========================
