Guest guest
I have been reading the posts on Strep infections with interest but am slightly confused - if you have type A strep, don't you have a fever? Are you discussing Group B strep infections? What are the symptoms of infection I guess I am wanting to know and how do you know that your child is chronically infected? As a child I had chronic Group A Strep and I had a fever for months and was hopsitalised, I was very very ill. I was given gamma globulin therapy which finally knocked it on the head and I haven't had it since. This is why I am puzzled as to how Strep could affect our kids long term - maybe a link?
