Twitching feet/body during EC NFK

I'm working with a severe OCD client and we're making very nice

headway with C3/T3 Windowed Squash (8-15) EC. I've noticed that as

he's either falling to sleep as well as when he is asleep, his feet

and sometimes his body twitches. I have my own theories but would

like to hear what others are. Any ideas?
