And now for your viewing pleasure is the second time I made peanut butter banana

chocolate ice cream in the vitamix. Which turned absolutely fine. But I have

learned something I wish to share.

Put LOTS of chunks of frozen bananas and don't be afraid to push down on the

tamper (on all four sides) pushing all the ingredients into the blade. I only

add 2 ice cubes. It makes for a smooth WONDERFUL ice cream, which can then be

frozen (if you make little portions like I do).

LOL, you would have been a riot with one of the older model Vitamix-they have a

reverse function that when you activate it, it sends a FLASH out from the bottom

of the unit, and unless you are expecting it, can scare the daylights out of

you-I can just picture you with it! You would have slung your camera across the

room, lol

LOL, you would have been a riot with one of the older model Vitamix-they have a

reverse function that when you activate it, it sends a FLASH out from the bottom

of the unit, and unless you are expecting it, can scare the daylights out of
