What sprouts or shoots did you eat for lunch or dinner today?

I thought this would be a really interesting thread everyone can get involved

in, to find out how people eat theirs and maybe give inspiration when theres a

fridge full of sprouts and a head empty of thought. I think some of us probably

have some very tasty ways of using what they grow :). Melody kind of inspired

this as I love reading about her culinary creations.

Okay... for my lunch today I made a sandwich on seeded bread, it was simple but

tasty and just had sliced mild cheddar, sliced black olives, garlic mayonnaise

and a ton of clover sprouts. Cracked black pepper to season. It's my favourite

way to eat clover aside from with sliced roasted courguette (zucchini) drizzled

with olive oil and rioja wine vinegar.
