Guest guest
I really like the Easy Sprouter. Follow the directions on the video's provided on Sprout People. We have 5 of those and also a Sprout Garden and a jar. We have great results in the Sprout Garden too, but I think the Easy Sprouters are the easiest to work with if you are doing small batches. The jar does a fine job, but it takes longer (in my experience) and is bulkier. For mung beans we made our own based on some little videos we watched. I can look up the links if you are interested in mung beans. Donna ________________________________ To: sproutpeople Sent: Thursday, August 2, 2012 10:26 AM Subject: Sprouter question  Hi! I went to Sproutpeople.com and just got confused which one to get. What I want to do is sprout wheat to make raw cracker's in my dehydrater. I like sunflower seeds, to juice and dehydrate. That's about all I know except the tiny seeds that I have occationally bought. Years ago I bought a stackable little green sprouter, but never had success with it. DH through it away. With Sunflower seeds, I have had success with a mason jar and sprouter lid. Would the easy sprouter work for me? I have also filled a tray (with no drain holes) with soaked wheat, put in front of the fireplace, and had good success with wheat grass, which we just put in our vitamixer. Any suggestions would be appreciated. We are leaning toward a more raw diet. Amy from WA
