Hi Dona- this batch of broccoli sprouts using Easy Sprout was successful!! I

think the spinning with a mesh bag helped the most, and also not rinsing for 24

hours after soak may have helped also. This batch did not have the odor I was

experiencing in the past, probably because it was not sitting in water. --

I am starting another batch and I am going to follow exactly Gene Monson's

instructions. He thinks my problem is drainage, not so much temperature. Sophia
