Right, obviously we need descriptors and qual/quantitative operations to define. Tasks not natural to me. Descriptors might be: change, motivation, process, model, protocol, stage, normatives, outcome, awareness (an obviously huge area), consciousness, sub unconscious, emotion, perception, sensory, thought, symbol, semantic, learning, dissonance, autonomy, self concept, personality and ??????? It really shouldn't be that big of a deal. Who/what are you using for change models? Right now I'm attempting to create my own and purposefully staying away from others so as not to be distracted (with the facts :-]) or get " concept lock " which might overly define the box I'm attempting to think outside of.
