Refrigerating 2 day old sprouts

Hi, I'm new to sprouting. I started for both me and my lovebirds. I'm

wondering, if I refrigerate my sprouts at 2 days of growth, do I still need to

rinse them every so often? I'm thinking no, but wanted to be sure.

Also, If I add GSE (grapefruit seed extract) to my initial soak, how many drops

to how much water should I use?
