Glycolysis Hypothesis

.... before I waste time on it.

Basically I think that since glycolysis in muscles oscillates on a similar time

period that this is

the best mechanism to explain how High Intensity Interval Training works. So far

all I've seen

are ethereal explanations usually involving EPOC for HIIT and nothing that

contradicts my

hypothesis.
