Guest guest
Maca and ginkgo/arginine have helped some people. I personally like the multi-herb combination called Passion Rx. However, although all of these help improve my sexual performance, they do nothing for my libido. Also, I am male so I'm not sure how well they work for women. Have you ever had your hormone levels checked? Guest guest
No, I haven't. I don't have any medical insurance, so I'm not sure I could afford that at the moment. So there are no herbal supplements that have helped libido? That's the main problem I have... > > > > I've noticed most of the members here are guys, and after browsing > > through a lot of the posts, didn't find anything that would help > with > > my specific problem. > > > > I'm a 20 yr old female, I was on and off various SSRI's (mainly > > Zoloft) for 3 years, before calling it quits completely due to side > > effects. > > > > It's been 2 years since I've taken Zoloft, and I still have no > libido > > whatsoever. Guest guest
Nothing has helped my libido. But that doesn't mean nothing will work for you. You have to try things. SInce libido is the *only* thing affected for you, your PSSD is not as severe as mine. You have a good chance that something will work.
