Guest guest
You will have to have me in your pocket at least to help out here. She's got it all wrong in the " diet " area so you can already claim triumph there. (Maybe I could communicate with you via a small earpiece and microphone..) And you can tell her this. It doesn't matter that you eat BBQ or salad dressing (don't be silly!) or anything else you choose to eat for that matter. If your " friend " is " dieting " or translation " depriving " herself, she is just as soon to get bored of it, go off the wagon, and be right at square one. You can eat whatever you want in moderate amounts and still lose weight. If she doesn't know that then she will find out sooner or later, the hard way! She said " No thank you, I don't eat crap and thats why > MY diet is working " Ugh. I occassionally eat BBQ or even worse shudder SALAD > DRESSING!!! We haven't been getting along lately LONG story (in short she > doesn't realize that in the workforce there are dues to pay and you have to > wait for the benefits) I think she was trying to jab at my feelings. > > Maybe I should fly you down for re-enforcements the next time she gets snitty > with me ;-) >
Guest guest
Hey Barb-- I laugh at people who say I'm too muscular (which I don't get often so you should be VERY proud of yourself!). My husband took me aside one day to tell me my legs were developing too much muscle, and to lay off some of the squats in Tae Bo or else they will become even larger. I was more smug about it than anything. To me that's an accomplishment! yay! Big muscular legs!!
