You will have to have me in your pocket at least to help out here.

She's got it all wrong in the " diet " area so you can already claim

triumph there. (Maybe I could communicate with you via a small

earpiece and microphone..)

And you can tell her this. It doesn't matter that you eat BBQ or

salad dressing (don't be silly!) or anything else you choose to eat

for that matter. If your " friend " is " dieting " or

translation " depriving " herself, she is just as soon to get bored of

it, go off the wagon, and be right at square one. You can eat

whatever you want in moderate amounts and still lose weight. If she

doesn't know that then she will find out sooner or later, the hard

way!

Hey Barb--

I laugh at people who say I'm too muscular (which I don't get often

so you should be VERY proud of yourself!). My husband took me aside

one day to tell me my legs were developing too much muscle, and to

lay off some of the squats in Tae Bo or else they will become even

larger.

I was more smug about it than anything. To me that's an

accomplishment! yay! Big muscular legs!! :)
