Guest guest
... i agree with u and on that one. I used to weigh myself every day at home... and having mymeasurements taken like every 2-3 weeks.... but not anymore.. I have so much fun working out. The most I focus on is my abs i guess lol... got a sweet 2 pack now.. WOOHOO.. and im always infront of the class if i do a taebo, step, aerobics class at hte gym.. i wanna see my abs (... OMG.. i wont pass through the door lol) and to check my form of course... If I lose the weight (which I know I will) then great.. if I don't.. i'll still be in wonderful shape and strong !!! well i think i am now lol Lucie who things we should focus on having fun working out rather than focusing on losing weight... (...) I never expected the inner changes when I started working out. My goal was weight loss. But like you said, once I stopped focusing on the outer changes, things started happening for me. Now when > says " I'm testing your will " it makes me dig down and find inner strength I didn't know was there. I weigh myself once or twice a month and I haven't measured in over a month. Those things are just not as important as they once were. I never thought I'd say that, but it's true! I still have days when I wish I weighed less, or fit into smaller sizes, but that's no longer my main focus. And changing your focus makes all the difference in the world. > >
Guest guest
I sure will .... I enjoy working out again and love it... lucie who wishes her PT were a cute hunk lol... but she's a great gal... Lucie, I think having fun is the most important thing! If we don't have fun, we most likely won't stick with it. Congrats on getting your abs in shape! I'll get there someday! LOL! I'm so glad you have found a good personal trainer! I miss going to the gym. Keep up the good work, and keep us posted on your workouts with your trainer.
