Open to creative arts therapists, psychoanalysts, social workers, life coaches, holistic health counselors and anyone interested in learning how to apply tried-and-true marketing principles to build a practice. Learn how to develop a unique brand identity for your business. In this hands-on workshop you will start writing and developing marketing materials that you can use (i.e. a website, brochure, business cards, postcards, e-mail ads, etc). You will identify your target customer and learn how she thinks and how to get her in your door. You will learn a lot. But more importantly, you will get things done! It's time to stop just thinking about it. It's time to take action and grow your business your way. • Supportive peer group environment • Facilitated by an art therapist-social worker with over 15 years experience in the advertising-marketing field. • Weekly " homework " to keep you on task. • Individual attention in a small group format allows you to work on your specific goals. Workshop will meet bi-weekly from October 4 – November 15. She was a senior art director at a boutique advertising agency that specialized in integrated marketing communications (print, web, radio, television, direct mail, and cross-promotions). Her clients included national brands like: Roland musical instruments, Fender guitars, Norris Cancer Center, SEGA PC games, Bushnell binoculars and others. She recently opened a private art therapy studio, Art Spa, in burg, Brooklyn, along with fellow art therapist Nadia Jenefsky, and is finally putting all her marketing know-how to personal use.
