Guest guest
I think one of the big problems with supplements and changing your lifestyle is it takes time, sometimes months and years to get results and a lot of people want instant results. I've been on my treatment plan now for 3 months and am going to give it at least a year. If I'm no better at that point then I'll try something else in addition to the supplements I'm already taking. I already have Guaifenesin but am not going to try that just yet. With me FMJ built up gradually over a period of 4-5 years. It's not going to go away in weeks or even months. Another problem with supplements is it's expensive. I'm lucky in that I can afford it. But reading some of the posts it's sad that a lot of people can't. Guest guest
Tim, This is outstanding! Bravo! I'm copying this to in case she didn't see this post yet. When did you join ASPIRES? You've been here a few years so you have a few years worth of archives. In the present format that has the FEAT archives, it will be very difficult to upload to Yahoo groups (I can give a longer explanation why, for the curious) But you, having saved the posts individually, could transfer them to this group, one by one. It would take awhile - a couple or three months maybe - but given the time, it could be done. It would be a long term project - but, it might be the solution. - Helen At 03:57 PM 1/21/2008, Tim wrote in response to what Bill asks here: >WD Loughman wrote: > > Good, Tim. I'd like very much to see what's involved in " massaging the data " into some useful form. Been thinking about this since right after the switch to Yahoo. Not like I don't have a lot on my plate right now, but, well... I do have a second and near empty 250GB SATA hard-drive, AND a brand-new 2.4GHz CPU - my equipment's up to the task. [Eat your heart out, Tim.] And I've considerable experience with similar jobs. At least I could see what's involved; maybe give pointers to someone else if it's too big for the time I could commit. - Bill, 75, AS -- WD " Bill " Loughman - Berkeley, California USA http://home.earthlink.net/~wdloughman/wdl.htm
