I too dream in vivid color, creativity and problem solving. I remember when we were remodeling the house, there were so many architectural obstacles to overcome, I'd lay in bed, close my eyes and try to visualize the problem. Ultimately I would fall asleep, have these incredibly vivid dreams and I would be able to draw the area in the house, then put a tissue overlay on it to show before and after. (We live in a turn of the century n that needed tons of renovation). I also paint in oil on canvass, mostly for friends who want a reproduction of a famous painting.Sigmund Freud is like the chief on this subject: The Interpretation of DreamsI loved this paragraph from the Washington State University site: http://www.wsu.edu:8080/~wldciv/world_civ_reader/world_civ_reader_2/freud.html"Dreams are not comparable to the spontaneous sounds made by a musical instrument struck rather by some external force than by the hand of a performer; they are not meaningless, not absurd, they do not imply that one portion of our stockpile of ideas sleeps while another begins to awaken. They are a completely valid psychological phenomenon, specifically the fulfillment of wishes; they can be classified in the continuity of comprehensible waking mental states; they are constructed through highly complicated intellectual activity."Regards,Anita
