Guest guest
Dear , I am grateful if the information might be helpful. My doctor only prescribed 100mg and warned me to start at only one a day and slowly build up to three a day. What is causing your prolonged coughing? I am truly sorry to hear about your husband. I hope the treatments will resolve the problem quickly. Hope getting your dosage regulated will allow sleeping and relief of your coughing. In fact, my schedule is VERY irregular, and that might be causing the problem. I take 300mg, twice a day. I had been taking it with my breakfast (around 11:00 am--it's a long story) and at night before bed.I started with one dose, and it made me so giddy and energetic that I was really suspicious, and stopped for a while. The doctor told me to take it easy, and stay on the low dose until the symptoms subsided, which I did. Then I went to two a day. Then I noticed that I was having problem sleeping at night. Now, it may have had something to do with the fact that my husband is going through bladder cancer treatment (removal, and chemo), but I wanted to see if I could change the schedule, so I've been trying to take the first tab earlier, and the second tab earlier. It might have made a small difference in the sleep problem, but the cough is still bothering me.Now, after reading your letter, I will try very hard to follow the 8 hour schedule. I'm supposed to up the dosage again after I get over the side-effects, which isn't happening yet, but they're getting better. Thanks so much for your information. We'll keep in touch, and see if this is going to make a difference for me. You sound as if you've gotten some important relief!Stephany in Iowa Never miss a thing. Make Yahoo your homepage.
