Guest guest
Hi Dawn, Mo and Group,I get pins and needles in my arms and sometimes legs at night. In my case it's from sleeping on my limbs, and cutting off the circulation. I shake them out and the circulation returns and I'm ok. No joint pain, just pins and needles which can hurt.Don't make the mistake I did a few months ago. I got up quickly and didn't realize my leg had fallen asleep. It buckled under me and in my attempt to keep from falling over I knocked over a ceramic lotion jar onto my foot. My poor foot swelled up for a month and could not wear shoes part of the time. Now I am more careful about bouncing out of bed. I make sure I can feel all my limbs first.Love,idio. EN '68 You can help Erythema Nodosum Research.
