Guest guest
, would you / could you share your version of a low flamitory diet? even if it's just all the foods written down. one of the doctors i have been seeing does talk about anti inflammatory foods and inflammatory foods. i have come up with a list of anti-inflammatory foods. i shared it with the doctor. i would really love to know you you've pulled from all of your sources .........even if it's other diets. i have learned that eating is able to help the cause of this illness. Omega 3's are anti inflammatories. Omega 6's are flamitory. i have learned that you want to keep the ratio no higher than 1:4. that's one Omega 3 food to 4 omega 6. thanks and happy easter to you and your hubby ni Atlanta Alpha One Antitrypsin Deficiency with associated severe panniculitis. 4/07 one year approaching. ~~~~~~~"I thank my God every time I remember you. Guest guest
I do have a list of foods rich in Omega 3's (anti-inflammatory). I will type them up and send them back to you.....for all of us. I would love to have doctors who could lead us into better health, but it seems as though we are going to have to help them. Go Walter - drink, eat, and get plenty of loving from mum and dad. I'll keep him in my prayers. ni Alpha One Antitrypsin Deficiency with associated severe panniculitis '07 Atlanta Hi ni,I never compiled an anti inflammatory diet list of foods andsupplements. Guest guest
, Parenting is a gift. You are a parent. Walter is fortunate to have you. I have to tell you ~~ I feel.....as I'm sure most of us do.......feel shepherded by you. thanks for your dedication to this (EN research) baby. ni Alpha.........don't make me spell it all out......severe panniculitis Atlanta Thanks ni,All my personal concerns have evaporated and all that is important to me is taking care of Walter. I never could have kids, but I guess that is what it is like to be a parent.I'm going to the store again to stock up on Walter's newest treat--mackerel juice. Lots of oil and a good source of hydration even though it is salty. As an out door cat he is used to drinking out of the gutter, so I am watering the garden [where he is confined] to create puddles for him to drink from. His garden is looking beautiful. ;-)Love, ~~~~~~~"I thank my God every time I remember you. In all my prayers for all of you, I always pray with joy." Guest guest
, It is always so hard when our 'fur kids' are sick. They are not able to let us know what is going on with them. I have one myself with many different ailments, including hepatitis. Now possible Wobblers. Sometimes I think stress is a factor in my EN, but with so many different possibilities, who knows. I hope and pray Walter is up to his old self soon. Debbie en 5-7 : Hi ni,I never compiled an anti inflammatory diet list of foods andsupplements.
