Right now I have 3 very painful ones. They seem to be associated with exercising and diet with me. I really need to hear other people's stories, what has worked for them and just to have someone who understands what it is like to help me through it.6. I used to have long, painful periods, but that has gotten better with age.7. I am currently not on any meds or treatments for en8. I was first diagnosed in June '049. Have had it since June '0410. I agree to treat all EN members with respect.11. I agree not to post ads12. I heard about this group while searching on WedMD.

I'm curious about your comments re: diet and exercise. Is the EN worse with certain diet? Better with exercise? I have lobular panniculitis. My arms and back are covered right now and very painful.
