Describe your erythema nodosum/PG symptoms or, if you do not haveEN or PG, please explain why you wish to join this group.- Febrile state from around 20th Dec 2007 with pain, first at leftheel, than also on right one.- 31st Dec small nodes (4mm diameter) like spider bites appeared onanterior aspects of the lower extremities, 1st Jan 2008 that nodesdissolve and erythema spread homogenous on both legs.- The condition inproved so I went back to work and normal life on10th .EN disappears around 13th Jan but reappears again as fever withpain in heels around 16.- On 19th new bigger nodes emerged on wider area of lower extremities(not just anterior, but lateral)- nodes appeared on hands, 25th6. List any other health conditions.- increased temperature during past month and half, all the timeparacetomol or aspirin taken (37,4 to 38,1)- artritis , pain in ankles7. State what medications or treatments you take for EN, and theireffectiveness:- 2nd Jan 2008 penicillin therapy (1,600,000 i.u.) 7 days, extencillinand Ospen 7 days (all antibiotics based on penicillin) NO EFFECT- dexametazon (corticosteroid) 4mg 3 days, 3mg 3 days, 2mg 3 days, 1mg3 days. (from 3th Jan to 15th ) Visible effect after 6-7 day- decortin (corticosteroid) 30mg per day, from 1st Feb8. When did you first get erythema nodosum or PG?31st Dec 20079.
