Hello! This workshop is on-going and open to new participants every week! The Moving SelfYoga

and mindfulness techniques help to balance body and mind and lead to a

state of more clarity and spaciousness. The discipline of Authentic

Movement involves moving with your eyes closed in the presence of a

witness and accessing deeply held truths, both individually and

collectively, through moment-to-moment bodily felt experience.

This

weekly workshop will combine the techniques of yoga and the discipline

of Authentic Movement while drawing on additional creative arts to

warm-up and process our experience. A non-judgmental space will provide

the opportunity for connection to the core of ourselves- balanced and

whole, intuitive and creative.

No prior movement experience required.

Tuesdays 6-8:00pmstarting February 26th$25
