Creative Pier offers a beautiful 1,600 sq. ft. room that is newly renovated,

quiet and

spacious. It boasts 14' ceilings, a built in mini loft, large windows, good

natural light,

and brand new track lighting. The space also includes a large sink and a private

bathroom.

$650/day, $100/hr., 2hr. min.

$75/hr with a 2 hr. minimum for Creative Arts Therapists.

A smaller workshop space is also available for rent on a daily and weekly basis.

It

is also newly renovated with crisp white walls, high ceilings and large windows

facing

Broadway.

$450/day, $75/hr., 2hr. min.,

$50/hr with a 2hr. min, for Creative Arts Therapists

Creative Pier is a new holistic arts center located at the corner of 13th street

and Broadway

right in Union Square. Creative Pier offers workshops in artistic expression –

art, theater,

music and dance – to assist individuals in the 'self-discovery' of their

thoughts and

feelings in order to improve physical, mental and emotional well-being. In

addition to

hosting weekly events, the spacious loft also has " resident artists " who both

exhibit and

sell their work at the Creative Pier Art Gallery.
