Hello Group,

I havent written in awhile but I too have Malaise tiredness and feel all together not good.

My arthritis is flaring up all over. Hurting all times, Not sleeping good ect.

I have been having trbl w/sinus infections. I am always tired and my back (lower area) does hurt all x's. I went to my dr today he told me that my fibro and En trbls are all in my head. My depression is all in my head. I need to have an Better Out Look in Life.

I need to think positive and all my trbl will go away in time. I dont need any medications for pain or for my sinus infections. Get rest; My pain is all in my head.

I am changing dr's Now I am going to an interist next month and hopefully will get some better answers I did today. Hopefully!!! I cant rid of this reacurring infections. From an

cut or inside my body infection. Or someone whom believes in what I'm saying. Do any of you have trbls like I had today. thanks for listening mary
