PH Balance and Apple cider vinegar

Do you think there is any relation?

One of my coworkers has been battling with edema of the ankles, the

doctors can't pinpoint what is causing it and I can tell she doesn't

have EN.

Anyways, she has been trying various types of naturopathic

treatments and has found that her PH Balance was quite low ... once

she started eating lots of low acid foods such as beans and juicing

her vegetables, she noticed that her swelling went away and hasn't

returned.

On one of the lists she showed me, apple cider vinegar is noted as a

medium alkaline food. I am wondering if anyone else has matched up

their PH Balance and edema?

She asked me to pass this on to my support group.

THoughts?
