Guest guest
Well i got the news i was dreading, my EN has returned, after only a month off the steroids. The doctor has put me back on steroids but only 15mg this time for two weeks. He said that its common to return quite quickly but will get less severe until it eventually stops, not sure how true this is but im keeping my fingers crossed that i wont need another dose of steroids as i know prolonged use is not good. This time my lumps have congregated around my ankle, both knees and elbow, which is uncomfortable. hopefully the steroids will kick in soon. Just cant believe its returned so quickly! Guest guest
I'm so sorry to hear that, Sian. I just found out I have to go back on steroids, too. I was on them for a month and a half, and I've only been off of it a short time. Mine's not for lumps, though - my joint pain has been so severe, that my rheumatologist said prednisone will help the pain. I hope you get feeling better soon! - > > Well i got the news i was dreading, my EN has returned, after only a > month off the steroids.
