Here is a link that while about sarcoidosis mentions the meds that are currently used for treatment. Hydroxychloroquine (Plaquenil), given in a dosage of 200 mg every other day for nine months, may be useful in the treatment of cutaneous sarcoidosis.>> As you know there is no specific prescription drug EN treatment. We use drugs " off label " that are recommended for other disorders. There have been no studies on the effects of these drugs on EN that I am aware of.
