Info on amazing Improvisationl Dance & Beach Event happening this Sunday!

Went to an event the facilitator named Trinity did on Saturday at Jiva Mukti it was wild and fun!

Felt blissed out afterwards!

Hello Beautiful People,

Get ready! This Sunday is the first Heart & Soul Journey Dance & Beach Celebration of the summer- only 5 days away! :-) Imagine dancing your heart out & making beautiful heart felt connections with a wonderful community of people and then going to the beach to relax, celebrate & play together! Get your sunblock, sunglasses, dancing feet and bathing suits ready! We will have an absolute blast! Info below.

It's easy to get to from NYC- only an hour train ride on the LIRR out of Penn Station to Long Beach and then a three block walk to the event. This event has three of my favorite things- Dancing, Beach/Nature & Community. It doesn't get much better than this!

Heart & Soul Journey Dance & Beach Celebration w/Trinity

Long Beach- Long Island

Dance your heart out and celebrate at the beach with a beautiful community of conscious minded people. First we gather and dance at the beautiful JCC in Long Beach, Long Island where Trinity's contagious enthusiasm will guide us on a journey of dancing our full-out passion, power, love, creativity and bliss, without inhibition.

Powerful, non-choreographed, self-expressive dance experiences will guide you to fully let go, and follow your flow!

After the dance we will walk 2 blocks to the beach and celebrate as a community- swimming, playing beach volleyball, boogie boarding etc. Long beach has amazing waves and great healthy restaurants & health food stores near by. So no need to pack food. It is easy to get to from NYC by train or car- it's only an hour train ride from Penn station. The dance will be one block from the train and three locks from the beach party.

No dance experience necessary. Come with friends or come solo and leave with new friends! Presented by Trinity of the Dancing Path and Radiant Life Holistic Center.

Catch the 10:03 Long Beach train out of Penn Station gets you there at 11am.

Turn right out of train station onto West Park Avenue for 1 block

then left onto National Blvd for 1 block
