my name is Dawn, can,t believe there is a group to go with the book!, only had the book for a few hrs but for the 1st time in years feel very optomistic and excited, obviously only read 1st few pages but (i know this must sound silly)can feel a shift inside of me at some of the sentences i,m reading.Have had social anxiety and general anxiety/depression for 20 yrs now, have made some progress with CBT but not as much as i would have liked.Any way not looking for a quick fix but this just seems to "CLICK" with me somehow like nothing before. Intend to post regularly , but though i,d best introduce myself,thanks,Dawn.
