(If you are hypoglycemic, you might feel much better following this diet.) However, the avoidance of topical salicylates is necessary. Ellen Did you have to follow the real strict diet set up my Dr Armand(sp?) for it to work? I saw her restrictions of no fruits and vegatables, no starch, potatos, pasta, ect. and decided it wasn't for me. I can't live off just meat.
