Guest guest
Thought i would put this out to this group. I feel good and prefer eating a healthy diet. I've developed some bad habits in association with my work environment: lots of mud slinging. It is pretty difficult to avoid because of the political environment where I work and my job. I had developed some health problems associated with eating the " comfort foods " (sugary, fatty foods). As I said, I like the way I feel much better when I eat a healthy diet. However, during intense times, the craving for sugar and fats seems to click on immediately. Sometimes accessing the observer self is enough to put my value-driven self in charge. The observer self is very powerful for me, and " straightens me out. " Any other suggestions to help with this sort of pattern? Thanks much. a. ________________________________________________________________________________\ ____ Never miss a thing.
