Time to fly

I have not flown since 1995. When i did fly, I was fine but I was on

valium. I'm not opposed to taking drugs again, but I'd rather not.

Now things are different. I've faced my agoraphobia with the help of my

therapist and ACT. I was once too afraid to shop or drive. Now I'm a

PRO, living life and its easy.

The thing is, I know I can fly on a commercial plane. I know it will be

like anything else I have done. The only thing I can't do, which I

found to be the MOST helpful, is allow myself to feel the " pain " for 5

minutes, then progress. I mean once I'm up in the air, there's no

coming down. It's not like I can go " hang out " at the airport either.

Any suggestions?

Adriene
