Guest guest
Hi, I got better once I stopped taking the shots. But that was, I think, only temporary. It did take a while for the shots to wear off -- to get rid of that back ache especially. But it wasn't but a year after that that I had the real D & C for very heavy bleeding, almost to the point of hemorage. And then shortly after that, a hysterectomy. I would caution anyone who is considering using Depo to ask many questions and even question using it in the first place. I'm not a doctor or in the medical profession. I just know how it affected me -- all negatively. And now I have fibromyalgia. There must be a link somewhere. Maybe just in how certain bodies react. Not only do I have fibro, but I also have PCOS and am insulin resistant. I'm starting a low-carb way of eating this weekend (I HAVE to!) and am in hopes that this will help everything. I'm also doing some myofacial release with physical therapist. Some sacral-cranio too. Those along with gentle stretching exercises. Even after only 2 sessions, I can see a little difference. Good to see an active list. CJ
