Particularly with an emphasis on embracing/accepting stress/fears(rather than striving for tranquility:there's hundreds of those!) Essentially, meditations along the lines of the " Tin-Can Monster " meditation/exercise or the " Acceptance in Real Time " (of target fears/stressors) meditation/exercise Thanks Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
