ACT playlist?!

I recently spent two hours creating an ACT playlist of songs that reinforce the ACT message. And, yes, playing them helps with anxiety (sometimes).

Also, even when I am not anxious I play it sometimes to remind myself of the good work I am doing, as ACT can be very difficult.

So here's my playlist. If you have additions or comments, reply to the thread. I really give my age away with these song selections:

You Are the Everything - REM (best description of using mindfulness to relax while your worry thoughts are taking over)

Lithium - Nirvana (contrary to popular belief, this song is not about mental illness, it is about clinging to false beliefs as if they are some kind of life saving drug - great for understanding how to deal with fusion)
