I'm not very sure about to continue read GOOYMIYL until complete one week of diary.

Any suggestions?

If your question is: " Should I continue to read GOOYM & IYL during the

week that I complete my pain diary; or, should I stop reading during

the week that I complete my pain diary? " then I offer my experience.

I stopped reading during the week in which I completed my pain diary.

I found the approach effective, and I would recommend it.
