Guest guest
Hi - would like some advice on how ACT can be used when dealing with panc attacks. I feel particularly anxious when I'm away from home and lack the confodence ion my own abilities to deal with a panic attack - even though I've done it many times before. Also, wha is meant by being in the moment. I fond my thoughts are bouincing from one unanted thought to the next - being in the moment seems pretty unpleasant so I want to force them away. I know that is likely to make the thoughts and feelings persist, but it seems the alternative is very painful
