Guest guest
Oh yeah ...trying all the usuals like low carbing and increasing potassium supplements. Helps some but really doesn't do the trick. Guest guest
Hi Lynn, just putting my 2cents in: B6 up to 4 times 50 mg/day is supposed to help women let go of surplus water accumulation (strangely enough also help with incontinence), in addition to helping process hormones and benefitting the female body overall. As to myself, I've used extra B6 the last few years, now only twice/day, in addition to a B-complex morning and night, and can't feel okay without it. All the Bs have certainly helped my cardio-vascular conditions and monthly incontinence whenever it comes on. Guest guest
Well, I hate to say it, but if we were " normal " people, P would help that!! Instead, it seems to have the opposite effect!!! At least on me! > > > > I'm back on E estrogel twice a day and using 1 grain thyroid 2X/day. > > I'm blowing up with water retention again. That was one reason I got > > off last summer.
