Oh yeah ...trying all the usuals like low carbing and increasing

potassium supplements. Helps some but really doesn't do the trick.

Hi Lynn,

just putting my 2cents in:

B6 up to 4 times 50 mg/day is supposed to help women let go of surplus water

accumulation (strangely enough also help with incontinence), in addition to

helping process hormones and benefitting the female body overall. As to

myself, I've used extra B6 the last few years, now only twice/day, in

addition to a B-complex morning and night, and can't feel okay without it.

All the Bs have certainly helped my cardio-vascular conditions and monthly

incontinence whenever it comes on.

Hi Lynn,

Well, I hate to say it, but if we were " normal " people, P would help

that!! Instead, it seems to have the opposite effect!!! At least on

me!
