ASSISTIVE TECHNOLOGY SURVEY

The purpose of this survey is to gather information from parents regarding

the provision and transference of Assistive Technology. The information

provided will be utilized by both the State ESE Assistive Technology

workgroup to determine the number of Assistive Technology users from across

the state and, if the technology is successfully transferring at the time a

student exits the school system.

The workgroup is also surveying school district administrators and their

Assistive Technology specialists to gather the same information. Upon

review of the data, the results will be reported in a future newsletter. If
