world for teaching. I had some in the beginning that was so slow it was

really hard to do the moves. From what I've heard, you're gonna rock the

east coast girl! Way to go!

Toni, you are absolutely right about not knowing how far you can really push

your body until you go to bootcamp. I remember thinking that an hour and a

half work out was waaaaay long. When I came back from bootcamp, I remember

doing an advanced Tae Bo tape and thinking to myself, " hey, that was a great

warm-up now let's get to the REAL workout! " I would never have believed I

could teach 3 classes per day w/o going to bootcamp first. You just wait and

see what you'll end up doing! I'm really excited for you

and crew will be traveling to the 6 cities for a live public workout. You

You are absolutely a sweetheart. Thank you so much for those kind

words. I definitely plan on seeing in PA on 10/5 and possibly

Boston on 10/6. I wish I could make it out there on the 11th though.

I think it would be so awesome to meet all of the members of Team

Taebo.

You mentioned that some of your music in the beginning was too slow.

That's one of the hard things for me now that I'm ordering

music...trying to decide on what speed to get. But you are fortunate

in that you're a DJ and in a position to make your own mixes, that it

totally cool. Hey, have you gotten much feedback from your students

about your classes? I'm sure they love you...your spirit comes

through even in your emails.

When I came back from bootcamp, I

OMG!!!! I thought the same thing when I came home and did an advanced

Tae Bo tape. Especially after taking classes at the WTC. Did you

get the chance to take any other classes while you were out there.

I took classes from Irene (OUCH!!!!), , and Shellie. But

you know what's funny?... and Shellie said that they even work

out with the tapes sometimes. I've realized that using the tapes

(especially the basic) is a good opportunity to work on form....Hey,

I'm not sure where I'll be teaching yet...I've been looking into some

local gyms, however, I'll keep you guys posted when I find

something. Right now, I'll only be able to teach either early

mornings, evenings and/or weekends since I'm an engineer during the
