Hi Becky,

There are others that have used LDN for fibromyalgia. I have saved a few

posts regarding this. I will forward them onto your personal address in

just a few moments.

If you would like to look at the official website from Dr. Bihari, it might

have some info regarding fibromyalgia.

Please let us know if you need any further information. Also, please let us

know how it goes.

Kind regards

Aletha

Hi Becky

I am on ldn now for 5 weeks. I have pretty bad fibromyalgia. I started on 1 mg

of the liquid

and now take 3 mg of the liquid nightly. It is helping I feel the side effects

at the start were

difficult. It does make it difficult to get to sleep however initially. It is

too early for me to

say if I am cured or not however I do have more energy despite not sleeping

well.

Cathal,

Check yourself for candida also. See my posts about checking for candida.

Checking yourself for candida is very simple to do.

Hi Becky. I have both MS and Fibro. Using LDN for the MS, guaifenisin for the fibro but waiting to see if either have any effect on their respective illness or maybe some crossway effects? I'm just waiting to see what happens!

Hi Becky,

I am a new member of LDN group. When I saw your message about

Fibro I just had to tell you my story.

I am 75 years old and have had Fibro for about 20 some years. I also

have Osteo Arthritis and Osteo Porosis.

About 6 months ago I found out about LDN and thought - what have I got

to loose - so I started on LDN - 3 mg for 10 days, 3.5 for another 10

days, and so on until I reached 4.5 mg. So far no side effects except

that my sleep is a bit disturbed and have been trying to take the LDN

later in the evening rather than at 10:30 when I go to bed.

I have to tell you it's a miracle. I have been pain free for the last

2 months. I started taking Ldn about 6 months ago. I have a lot more

energy even though I only get about 6 hours of sleep at night. I do

take a muscle relaxing pill at bedtime also as I have been for some 10

years. Fibro is a very painful disease and not much helps relieve the

pain but LDN did. Hope this helps to motivate you to keep on taking it

- It does take some time before it works.

I wish all meds only had that side effect! You may find in about a

week or two your sleeping will get back to normal. Then the dreams may

start! Thats another side effect I wish most meds. only had.
