Happy New Year to all ! I realize that I've developed a mental block in regard to having in one place a list of supplements Dr Lawrence recommends for folks who have MS. I was sent a welcome package by Aletha (Thanks so much Aletha) . I've looked at a list that's located on the sight from the United Kingdom ( saw a rather extensive list which didn't mention glyconutrients, gaba etc.). I've copied down the alternatives to take in regard to glyconutrients (several times) ...would somebody PLEASE help ? What I'm looking for is a list of the most essential ones he recommends (budget constraints). I already follow a dairy and gluten free diet and take cod liver oil capsules faithfully. My New Year's idea is to check what I might be allergic to and to follow Dr Lawrence's recommendations. FYI :I'd like to mention that I'll order these supplements from myvitanet.com . They almost always have the lowest prices (sometimes by quite a bit), quite a complete list of supplements, and are very quick to respond to requests for supplements not currently listed. Thanks for listening.. this is such a helpful group ! Take care, PS Just writing this is a big relief.. Whew! PPS and anyone else interested ,myvitanet.com even carries tart cherry concentrate and a liquid glucosamine (with stevia for sweetener instead of the fructose which would be great for anyone watching their sugar intake)
