Guest guest
Hi Jeanie' Glad you found us and we'll welcome your insights into hormones. I'm also here from being on Wiley although not for too long. The progesterone phase really took me for a loop. I've not used any for quite awhile now. I'm currently on basically a paleo diet with lots of food based supplements. Not taking any hormones this month but really think I need the estradiol. I'm still bleeding so am less worried about progesterone for now. I've ordered patches I'm waiting for. bye for now Lynn >> I just joined the group because I've been increasingly unhappy with > WP. Guest guest
Welcome Jeanie, I'm so sorry you have had a bad time. As you'll see from the case studies on the website, you are not alone. The high dose progesterone residue appears to stick around in the tissues for a while. A lot of really healthy people got walloped by the progesterone overdosing. Stay with us as you begin your new journey and we'll try to help. How did you hear about this discussion group? Best, Lynne I just joined the group because I've been increasingly unhappy with WP. I've been doing if for a year, and since I always do things 100% (sometimes to a fault)I've just been ignoring my exhaustion during luteal phase and continuing the high progesterone, "balancing" it with higher E2.
